We bemoan that nothing is free anymore, but that's not true really. The internet gives away a stunning amount of information and services without cost to users... take the linky tools as a first example... or the search I just did... or our blogs... Cools sign, though.

where do you get these antique signs?
You could get lots of free service in 1934.
Times sure have changed!
It doesn't look so old. Great find.
What the heck is top dressing and touch-up black? Hmmm..... I love these old signs!
Wow that is service - and probably with a smile!
Strange that they will check the battery, inflate the tyres and check if the oil is clean! That kind of service is unheard of now! Great find!

I could do with a few of those things, Oh for the days of service.
Some things never change, but others fade away. You never need to replace fan belts or spark plugs anymore. Neat sign.
no, I'm sure it's a sign; it's just tell to you to ask for a map. And they were free for a very long time!
I've tried to get your sign badge to put on my blog, but I've had no success. How do I do it?
Whoa - a vintage sign! I love vintage ephemera :)

Services, without any cost? Think that will make a come back?
Looking forward to seeing all the great signs you've all found this week.
Without cost? Seriously? They sure don't make 'em like they used to!
Ah, those were the 'good ol' days' !
What a neat sign to notice and shoot. Fine, detailed image. Well done.
