Their warerooms are located on John Street, phone 22. The superior facilities enjoyed by this firm, dealing largely, buying for cash, and dealing always directly with farmers and fruit growers, enables them to offer their customers superior inducements. They always handle an excellent class of goods, and are fair and honourable in all their dealings. Personally Messrs F H Philip and W Greenaway, the proprietors, are energetic and thorough men of business, with a record of which they can well afford to feel proud.

too much stuff

in spring and fall a dumpster is brought for people to get rid of their larger items (mainly furniture)

it always fills up quickly, but this is the first time a second dumpster has been brought in.

These were the only two pictures I took while at a Synagogue open house. The glass light was unusual and pretty. Unfortunately, I can't remember what the words are on the globe or in the picture frame. The other picture frame is of the Beach Hebrew Institute.

While at a bus stop the other night, I noticed this sign behind me. It took a long time to decipher the name. And the shop is empty and under renovations. I'll let you try to read it for yourselves!
