Another condo!
Same thing happened in Pickering. The city staff and politicians bent over backwards for the builder and failed to listen to the concerns of the residents
rezoning to me sounds like they have to cut down some trees :(
Sounds like development for some is regression for others! Huge, detailed sign!

It's hard to find a neighborhood grocery store already.
what are the chances that one of the 'commercial' parts of this would be a grocery store. slim, I bet.
Looks like a very complicated sign to me!
So where are you suppose to buy groceries now?
wherever they buy their groceries, a car will now definitely be needed.
Ah rezoning, written in stone until the council decides otherwise. Shame about the grocery store.
