Yes. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of geese congregating in this waterfront park.
I like the vague explanation of noise device as a control mechanism. I guess though in a public area like a park, some monitoring is needed.
I haven't heard of these either, but the geese are plentiful here too. They don't migrate anymore.

Inquiring minds want to know 'what, how' why'... noise device? It's a good idea not to feed geese though, especially if you run out of bread (not that I would know that from personal experience or anything....)
They are with many of them in no time indeed.

are they trying to get them to leave? i know they are a nuisance to many places here in the states, poor things :(
