I read about a man who has been saving some ducks in Cobourg by feeding them and has been charged. He plans to fight it and will pay if he has to, but says the birds are doing better since he's been helping them.
So many rules and regulations attacking simple pleasures.
I like that they use the word poop! Funny!
I would hope they would make an exception for frozen waters.
Agreed, they should make an exception to save the poor birds.
Hard to ignore starving animals. I think if I could make a difference to their lives when conditions are harsh, I would.
i would be guilty of feeding them

I have not seen a sign like this. I wonder if there is one at our reservoir beach.
