I wonder why the words Municipal Code aren't translated?
seeing Chinese on a sign in Canada is a big surprise!
Interesting to see the Chinese version - almost suggesting that a large contingent of Chinese people live in Canada. I'm amazed.
Is this in Chinatown, or do the authorities think the Chinese are particularly prone to littering?
What an interesting bi lingual choice, reflects the city's population I guess. :)
