Have seen similar signs over here but none specifying the number of accessible spaces available.
what a helpful sign outside the garage! I've never ever seen one like it. lots of snow still here in spite of rain yesterday and 40 degree F temperature.

That's an amazing convenience for drivers. All places should have signs like that!
I like these signs when I am searching for a spot. The ones at the Go Station let you know the vacancies on each level
