stick family

I have a serious dislike for these stick family stickers that people put on the rear windows of their cars. But now, I am finding them in grocery store windows as well!

I agree with you re the car window decals. Seriously tired of them; hasn't been my 'privilege' to see anywhere else yet. Maybe I'll get lucky.

I am so with you on these figures.

Count me in among those that dislike those stickers.

As if children (or parents) are ever that happy to do grocery shopping.

I don't like them either. I saw a bumper sticker once that said "F*** you and your little stick family!" I laughed so hard!

Freschco is the name of the fictional supermarket in Coronation Street!

I have no idea why those stick figures are such a fad. They prove nothing except look like some child's first drawing usually found in pride on the family fridge.

I wonder if they're using those so they don't have to pay a real illustrator to make signs.

Well, I prefer them to that decal of a boy (Calvin?) taking a leak! Anyway, there are several anti-stick figure stickers around, usually some creature eating them.

Stick figures show how simple lines can still have an impact and send a message the way a well-imagined cartoon often does. But yes a lot of people are not in the least bit fond of them.
