Happy New Year Lesley and thanks as always! I've never seen this restaurant, but Wimpy was a character in the old Popeye comic strips when I was a child.... Doubt if the restaurant could be THAT old tho ;))
I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today!
One thing about Wimpy's is that they have a variety of storefronts. They are not static like most franchise stores.
Interesting checkered store front. Distinctive. Not many eating places specialise in breakfast. I imagine that this would be a winner.
excellent.
I was thinking of Popeye, too! Opening early is good for a breakfast spot. I see they need help...
Wouldn't think Wimpy would be a popular place to eat?
May the new year bring you joy! And Wimpyburgers if you want them.
happy new year,thanks for sharing.
amazing one.
The red and white checkered front really is eye-candy! I wonder if the owner knew that Wimpy was a character in the old comic strip.
There was one near my house in Toronto. I wonder if this is the same one? Near Bathurst and Sheppard?
