That building must have had considerable problem with dog owners. Sometimes the dogs are smarter than their owners.
It's too bad we need signs like these. Hope the ones who do it will read.
Polite society is hard to find these days.Aren't we glad people don't walk their cows!
oh, dear, so sad that a sign is needed for what I think should be a common sense action.
You would think such a sign would not be necessary if commonsense and courtesy were in play.
The attitude of some dog owners makes me crazy. I'm not unfortunately surprised to know that this sign is necessary.
