Wow ... a place called "happy" if my translation of the bus sign is correct. :)
I love living downtown where we can walk t the bus depot and ride anywhere (almost)... it's not quite as good a system as , say, London, or probably Toronto, but for a small city Eugene does pretty well and we love taking advantage of it.
