The American government just required tobacco companies to put out ads saying smoking is dangerous to ones health. The courts first did this in 2000, and the tobacco companies have been fighting this requirement for nearly 20 years.
Perhaps they'll see this as they rush their cigarette butts on the pavement.
As a ex smoker... I am impressed!
