Interesting...we like maple syrup and learned when we stayed in Vermont for a while that Grade B syrup was the most flavorful and not inferior in any way. I’d like to learn more about Ontario’s new grading system and why. (Google search, here I come.). Thanks for hosting, good to be back.

ReplyDeleteI had no idea they had changed the grading. I have a variety of bottles & cans of maple syrup and love them all!
