Happy New Year to you too. Bowling used to be a good way to spend a Saturday when I was growing up. We used to go candlepin bowling. The little balls as people would call it. :)
It is sad to see them close. It seemed like everyone bowled when I was a kid!
We're seeing the same thing happen to a lot of lawn bowls clubs here in Australia.

This bowling ally just got bowled over. Bowling seems to have declined as a sport.

The wrecking ball is the biggest bowling ball of all and it's used more often everyday!
