Haha ... something tasty would surely put the "e" back in olive.
I agree with RedPat, a nice piece of parmesan cheese would be fantastic to accompany the samples. Now I want to taste it. :)

...I'm amazed that they can earn a living sell only olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
