one welly

Wellington Brewery is in Wellington County
as you can see, the 'open' sign was not lit, so we didn't get to try their one off welly beers

I've never tasted beer in a brewery. Interesting sign!

Signs with a funny shape always attract me!

Nice. I hope next time you pass, the OPEN sign will invite you in.

Boots and beer seem like unlikely pairing but it is perhaps rooted in the old saying, “Fill your boots.” :)

The single boot is a great eyecatcher for the brewery. I can imagine at night how neonics would probably outline it beautifully.

I've heard that you can't stand on one leg, so it might require a pair of wellys. Small breweries like this often produce excellent beer.

I search for craft breweries and always bring a few bottles home. The last one was at in Cobourg. The William Street Beer Co.

Are Wellington Boots still around?

We have a friend whose goal is to visit every microbrewery in North America. Since new ones seem to pop up everywhere every day, I think he'll never reach the goal, but have fun trying!
